[Introduction]: 

         Direct, reactive, sulfur dyes in dyeing of cellulosic fibers, dark when wet rubbing fastness is not very high, 

especially for large black, red, turquoise blue and other wet rubbing fastness often less than three, and exported 

to Europe, etc. textile wet rubbing fastness 3 above, the Company produced wet rubbing fastness improver DR-212 can improve the good level.

                  Appearance: Yellow transparent liquid

                  Ionicity:    Cationic

                  pH value:   5.0-7.0(1% aqueous solution)

                  Solubility:  easily in any water ratio

 

[Application process]: 

 Dip padding: DR-212   20-40g/l  Adjusted with Glacial acetic acid PH :6.0-6 .5 (Stringent requirements) 

                    Room temperature  Double-dip-double-nip  100°C drying   160°C x2min baking.     

 Immersion method: DR-212  2-4%  Adjusted with Glacial acetic acid  PH :6.0-6 .5 (Stringent requirements)   

                   Room temperature  100°C drying   160°C x2min baking. 

 

[Character& Advantages]: 

1. Improve the fabric wet rubbing fastness 1-2 grade.

2. For the cellulose fibers direct, reactive dyes, sulfur dyes and fabric printing solid color processing.

3. The treated fabric feel remain the same, does not affect the shade and light fastness.

4. Green, does not contain formaldehyde and APEO.

5. Excellent water resistance.
